What Are Dermal Fillers?

The substance is called Hyaluronic Acid which is a naturally occurring substance in the skin. It is synthetically made which means there are no products from animals or humans. Fillers are extremely safe and have a great safety profile making it a comfortable and simple treatment for you.

How long do Dermal Fillers last?

The effects of dermal fillers typically last between six to nine months at which stage you are very welcome to have a repeat treatment. There is however a step wise improvement even after the filler has worn away. This is because the filler stimulates the body’s own collagen whilst it is under the skin.

Where can I have Dermal Fillers?

As well as treating lines and wrinkles that can't be treated with Botox on the upper half of the face they give brilliant results on the lower half of the face including these areas: Laughter lines (Nasolabial and labial folds); Marionette lines (Oral commissures); Lip volume and lip lines caused by smoking. They can also be used to restore volume in the cheeks to give back that high cheekbone appearance.

Dr Goyal also provides advance filler treatments to improve noses, a technique called non-surgical rhinoplast, also known as a 'nose job'.
